"Description": "Provides color palettes that approximate the University of\nNotre Dame brand colors, together with 'ggplot2' discrete color\nand fill scales. The default palette leads with six Notre Dame\nbrand colors that read clearly on a white background and\nextends through seven former Notre Dame brand colors,\ninterpolating when more colors are needed than the brand\nsupplies. The palette is intended for statistical visualization\nand psychometric analysis: the white-safe ordering keeps\nplotted categories legible, and the near-white-to-navy ramps\nsuit continuous quantities such as correlations and factor\nloadings. A colorblind-friendly ordering of the Notre Dame\ncolors themselves (arranged so the colors stay distinguishable\nunder simulated deuteranopia, protanopia, and tritanopia), the\nformer colors as a standalone palette, the four near-white\nbrand tints (plus six informal soft backgrounds) for\nbackgrounds and sequential ramps, a reference table of every\ncolor with brand and role labels, and a palette-preview helper\nare also provided. A matching R Markdown stylesheet, built from\nthe same colors so a report and its figures share one brand\npalette, themes HTML and 'shiny' output. The colors approximate\nthose described in the University's branding guidelines\n(). This\nis an independent project and is not affiliated with or\nendorsed by the University of Notre Dame.",
